Description

Anti-Flu Chai – This herbal CTC milk tea is the perfect blend of aromatic ingredients that can help strengthen the respiratory system and help you get back to feeling better sooner. Includes aniseed, ginger, black cumin, ajwain, licorice, cinnamon, ashwanganha, black pepper, mint, cloves, and turmeric.

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup water (4 oz) per serving
1/2 cup whole milk (4 oz) per serving
1 teaspoon of Anti Flu Chai.
Sugar, as desired
Stainless steel pot
Fine mesh strainer

Best way to brew:

1. Bring water to boil in a pot.
2. Add the loose-leaf tea to the pot and boil for another thirty seconds.
3. Add whole milk and sugar and return to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. When it starts to boil, remove from heat.
5. Strain into a teacup or mug and enjoy your healthy cup of Anti Flu Chai!
Note:
You can substitute the milk with almond milk or oat milk.
If you use low-fat milk (skim, 1%, or 2%), skip the water and use the milk in its place. Adjust sugar according to your preference.
