Blue Berry – Don’t let the simplicity of this blend of green tea mixed with blue berry and blue berry flavors fool you. Blue Berry Tea has been touted as being one of the most effective teas for strengthening heart health, increasing bone density, preventing macular degeneration, improving cognitive function, and improving kidney health!
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup of water (4oz) per serving
- 1 teaspoon of Blue Berry Green Tea per serving
- Sugar, as desired
- Electric glass kettle with tea infuser
- or stainless steel pot and a fine mesh strainer
Best way to brew:
- In a kettle or pot, bring water to boil.
- Remove from heat and add Blue Berry Green Tea to the tea infuser (if available) or add it loose leaf into the pot.
- Let the tea steep for two to three minutes.
- After steeping, strain the tea into your favorite teacup or mug.
- Add sugar if desired and enjoy your delicious cup of Blue Berry Green Tea!
