Treat yourself to this delectable blend of Assam black tea that combines cinnamon, dark chocolate, and natural chocolate flavor for the perfect cool down on a warm day.

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup of water (4 oz) per serving
  • 1/2 cup of milk (4 oz) per serving
  • 1 teaspoon of Chocolate Ice Tea per serving
  • Sugar, as desired
  • Stainless steel pot
  • Fine mesh strainer

Best way to brew:

  1. Bring water to boil in a pot.
  2. Add the loose leaf tea to the pot and boil for another two minutes.
  3. Add whole milk and sugar and return to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil for one minute—keep stirring!—and remove from heat.
  5. Let it steep for a minute before straining into a teacup or mug.
  6. Enjoy sipping your delicious cup of Chocolate Ice Tea!

Note: You can substitute the milk with almond milk or oat milk—or use water only. If you use low-fat milk (skim, 1%, or 2%), skip the water and use the milk in its place. Cold instructions: Follow the same hot brew instructions, then add ice to the tea and chill before serving.

At Faith Chai LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality tea products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at ustomercare@faithchai.com or (888) 441-6611.

To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as loose leaf tea) that have been opened
