Faith Chai LLC Return Policy

At Faith Chai LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality tea products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at customercare@faithchai.com or (888) 441-6611.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (such as loose leaf tea) that have been opened
