1/2 cup water (4 oz) per serving
1/2 cup whole milk (4 oz) per serving
1 teaspoon of Masala Chai
Sugar, as desired
Stainless steel pot
Fine mesh strainer

Best way to brew:

1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the loose-leaf tea to the pot and boil for another thirty seconds.
3. Add whole milk and sugar to the pot, then return to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Once it starts to boil, remove the pot from the heat.
5. Strain the brewed Masala Chai into a teacup or mug.
6. Enjoy your rich cup of Masala Chai!

Note:
You have the option to substitute whole milk with almond milk or oat milk.
If using low-fat milk (skim, 1%, or 2%), skip boiling water and use the milk in its place. Adjust sugar according to your preference.
