Masala Chai Tea - This herbal CTC milk tea is made from leaves grown in the Upper Hilly Assam Region of India, and is known for its immunity-boosting properties that come from our spicy blend of flavors including black Assam tea, cardamom, black pepper, licorice, ginger, bayleaf, fennel, cinnamon, clove, ajwain, pipli, star anise, jiavtri, cumin, fenugreek, tulsi, nutmeg, turmeric, flaxseed, brahmi, and ashwanganha.

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup water (4 oz) per serving
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (4 oz) per serving
  • 1 teaspoon of Masala Chai
  • Sugar, as desired
  • Stainless steel pot Fine mesh strainer

Best way to brew:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add the loose-leaf tea to the pot and boil for another thirty seconds.
  3. Add whole milk and sugar to the pot, then return to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Once it starts to boil, remove the pot from the heat.
  5. Strain the brewed Masala Chai into a teacup or mug.
  6. Enjoy your rich cup of Masala Chai!

Note: You have the option to substitute whole milk with almond milk or oat milk. If using low-fat milk (skim, 1%, or 2%), skip boiling water and use the milk in its place. Adjust sugar according to your preference.

At Faith Chai LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality tea products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at ustomercare@faithchai.com or (888) 441-6611.

4. Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (such as loose leaf tea) that have been opened
